Please, write to icons.chapterdevelopment@gmail.com and to Bertil Emrah at boder@ku.edu.tr if you are a public law scholar in Turkey or from Turkey, and would like to participate in the formation of this proposed chapter or if you know of a member of the Turkish public law academy who should be aware of this proposal.
