Blog of the International Society of Public Law (ICON•S)
Submit

We welcome submissions on any subject in public law.

These can focus on real-time updates on important new constitutional cases, amendments, constitution-making efforts, or thoughtful analyses of major issues in the field of comparative constitutional law, including book reviews, debates and responses to articles that appear in I•CON. We encourage submissions from all those working within our field, and particularly newer scholars. We strive to represent and explain developments from all regions of the world.

We also encourage groups of scholars to propose symposia for the blog, which generally provide diverse perspectives on major recent events, including significant court decisions, constitution-making processes and constitutional amendments, and other key developments. Symposia usually consist of about three to six substantive posts, in addition to an introductory post.

Guidelines for submissions

Submissions should be blog length, and thus should range from 750 to 2000 words. Submissions that are significantly beyond this length are usually inappropriate for the blog. In submissions, footnotes should be kept to a minimum (if used at all) and we encourage the use of hyperlinks instead of footnotes when possible.

You can submit blog articles to iconnecteditors@gmail.com. All submissions will be reviewed by the Editors in a timely fashion.
